Chinese Acemagic mini-PCs sold on Amazon contains trojans to send your personal and banking data to other servers. Avoid all models of this brand for now.
The trojan cannot be removed unless you format the hard drive completely and reinstall an Operating System.
Revealed initially by "The Net Guy Reviews" on YouTube, this news has sparked widespread attention within the tech product review community. In February, Jon Freeman received an AceMagic AD08 Mini PC for review purposes, only to find during software setup that Windows Defender flagged the device for pre-installed malware.
Keep in mind that all companies in China are 51% owned by the CCP and must do what the CCP says, like put malware into new PCs.
Thank-you for that info! I will be forwarding to my friends.
