Biden taxes ate up your raise.
In 2021 Biden and Democrats passed a bill that gave an additional $600 per week in unemployment “bonuses” to people. Neither congress nor America had that money. So he had to get a loan for that “free” money, with interest. Now Biden passed his giant tax bill. The people will now have to pay back all that “free” money, with interest. I’m also hearing at least 2 cases where the people didn’t really qualify for the $600 in the first place, and have to pay back $5000-6000. These 2 cases are in Michigan. So the states are just now getting around to checking if they are eligible for that bonus unemployment.
Now people have to pay higher taxes which eats up any additional raise you got.
And with 10% inflation, you now have a net loss.
Congratulations, you learned that there is nothing free.
I apologize for talking on a tangent to the narrative of this newsletter. . . but in a post on Steve Kirsch's newsletter recently you mentioned something about Malwarebytes should not be used for security. . .
Just saying, I had used it on my older Mac to get rid of Malware successfully. Was not aware of any concerns. . . should there be? I found 5 files with their extension and deleted them just to be sure. . . Thanks, and sorry again.
