Deadly US supplement Neptune's Fix can be addictive, and kill.

An energy drug called Neptune’s Fix, sold in the US, has been found to be addictive, even deadly, landing some people in the emergency room. It contains the substance tianeptine.

They got around regulations and sold it as a supplement. Just because it’s sold, does not mean it’s safe. Asbestos was sold for many years and it wasn’t safe either.
