Food prices in Spain up 1.8x

Food prices of staples going up about 1.8x in Spain. Central gov't told regional gov't that all stores must match higher prices of retail grocery chains or be prosecuted for price fixing.

In Michigan we looked at food prices of some items. The prices are up 30-40% from the past 2 years. These are prepared/frozen foods so this must involve more labor and the cost of labor as risen over the past 2 years.
