Global warming is natural and cyclical

The Colorado river basin cycle.

A recent documentary I saw about the Hoover Dam and Colorado river described how global warming has long, about 800 year cycles. Laws were passed in 1922 between multiple states like California, Nevada, Arizona and other nearby states, when the cycle was the wettest. The cycle is now heading towards the dry end and Lake Mead is down to 27% of its normal level.
