How to run a stinking capitalist bus system.

In a nearby town we have caps on how much riders pay when they use the bus. A bus ride is $1.75, and you can get a transfer ticket good for 2 hours which means you show the ticket instead of paying again. The max a person pays per day is $3.50 (or 2 rides). The max a person pays per month is 14 bus rides. Which means people who regularly use the bus every week day get the last week free.

Stinking capitalism, when done right, is for the people, not for the bureaucrats or elites to fill their pockets. Meanwhile socialism and communism make promises but never deliver. Vietnam, North Korea, and China are all great examples of this.
