LG refrigerators with linear compressors keep failing. But the box says you agree to private arbitration which is almost always in favor of the corporation (that's why consumers don't like it). Lawsuits are not possible. Affects some Kenmoor refrigerators as well.

Make sure you read the exterior box before buying. You may be giving up all your rights to a lawsuit. Do not buy from companies that want to take away your rights so they can make a buck.
