Fraud with Coronavirus raw data
There have been many posts about fraud concerning the number of people who have been sick or died from COVID-19, in particular fraud with the data itself. Here are a few examples:
One guy has cancer for 5 years then dies in the hospital. The family receives a death certificate where the cause of death was “cancer”. The next day they receive a revised death certificate where the cause of death was “COVID-19”.
A lab double reports positive COVID-19 test results.
A guy in a motorcycle accident reports this himself: The ambulance crew said to mark him as having COVID-19 just to make sure he would get in the hospital. He had no symptoms of COVID-19 and this was accepted by “the system” as valid data.

Bacca, I am a retired attorney. I have read the USSCt case cited as proof of being able to patent Human beings. This case does NOT stand for that proposition at all! Nowhere near it.
The reasoning in this case is narrow and in the area of patent law. The question turned on whether the cDNA Myriad created was a natural product or not. The court held that in this case Myriad created a useful non-naturally occurring molecule and they could patent from there. That is all.
