With all the problems we’ve had with doctors, big pharma, and a closed-minded medical system, when are doctors going to stop practicing medicine and actually do real fact-based medicine?

Some attempts are being made to set up an alternative to the national health service. https://the-pha.org/. I guess the problem is the health service is run by politicians and their private sector partners, not doctors.
I agree. The problem is the top executives of corporate or gov't healthcare institutions. When one controls the top leaders, one doesn't have to control the other employees directly. It becomes a top-down authoritarian style.
Generally most laws about this are made to prevent competition from anyone else in the country.
The Great Divide begins, and it was predicted that more people will move to holistic healthcare. Separating the wheat (the useful) from the chaff (the useless). And I thought "Well that's silly, I see no evidence of..." and then 2019 and lockdowns hit us, and then the mandates for an experimental vaccine, persecution of the unvaccinated, coercing people to get vaccines, and more authoritarianism.
The big die off will hit them as well.
