What's a Roku?

A thing you hook to your TV and wifi to watch streaming services like Amazon, Youtube, and many other channels. I watch Youtube while sitting on my couch instead of at my computer. Amazon and Google have similar devices.

So, something you have to pay for to be able to pay for more things to do passively. Thank-you.

No. The Roku is a one-time cost. The internet is a monthly cost.

The channels you stream are free?

Yes all channels I stream are free. I don't buy premium channels. Youtube is free, and there are many more with B movies, older movies, old TV shows etc. Some other free channels/services are: Roku (they have their own channel), Freevee, Tubi, Pluto, History channel has some free shows, Popcorn Flix.

Some services have multiple channels, like for scifi, action movies, game shows, 70s TV, horror movies, etc.
