Tips for being in the hospital and how to preserve your rights. There have been cases where the hospital Terms of Service (TOS) states you MUST get a COVID test to be in the hospital, or you must get a COVID vaccine to get treatment. Ask about this before you enter the hospital. There have also been cases where a person was vaccinated against their will while under anesthesia.
Document everything. Write down names of nurses, doctors, what they do, when meds were given, name of medication and dosage, and how it was given (IV, orally, etc).
If you film things post a sign saying “This will be filmed for quality control.” See the coffeeandcovid link below in the Links section. This may be a felony in some states.
Get the name of each nurse and doctor and write it down. This can be useful later. Because if they are prejudice against you, or anti-science, they will not give you their name.
If a person disparages you about your vaccine status, notify the hospital management and tell them that person can no longer care for you. Document date and time this happened and the name of the person. File a complaint with JCAHO who runs surveys on quality of care for medical institutions. Patients will get random surveys in their email after they see a doctor. It should have the date of your treatment and possibly the doctor name. JCAHO has a lot of power and doctors respect it.
Retain a lawyer.
Have studies ready to show the vaccines do not work and are dangerous. Start here.

If you leave a hospital AMA (against medical advice) you are NOT going to be forced to pay for your hospital stay. Insurance still covers it. (That sounds unlikely since I will still have copays for lab tests.) https://kathrynhuwig.substack.com/p/psa-if-you-leave-a-hospital-ama-against
You are protected from Surprise Billing by a federal law passed recently. Ask your doctor for a handout about it.
Michigan
Michigan does not have the Right to Die if someone has a fatal condition. You can ask your doctor for a fatal dose of morphine but they will not give it. States that do have the right to die are: Oregon and California. Also Canada.

I would add that a friend or family member should be present at all times during the hospital stay to monitor if the person is comatose, lethargic, or otherwise incapacitated. We almost lost a family member when a nurse turned off a machine keeping the person alive to do some maintenance on it and forgot to turn it on. Had the family member not caught the mistake the resulting death would have been called a normal consequence of the disease when it was iatrogenic induced death. Police wear body cameras, hospital personnel should have to wear them!
The best hospital is No hospital. Your physician is in your mirror.
